She passed away peacefully, on July 12, 2021 in Fontana, CA
Anna was a wife to Francisco (Frank), a mom of five children, Alma, Olga, Carlos, Cathy and David. She also had eleven grandchildren. Julia, Marco, William, Devin, Alexia, Isabella, Alessandro, Hailey, Derek, Diego and Daniel and one great-granddaughter Julissa whom she spoiled and loved. Anna has five siblings, Cristobal(deceased), David(deceased), Rosa, Blanca and Jose Rafael.
She immigrated to the US leaving behind her three oldest children (Alma, Olga and Carlos) in search of a better future for her and her entire family. She settled in Los Angeles, met, fell in love and married Frank. They had two additional children (Cathy and David) and soon after brought her three other children to the US. They eventually settled in La Puente and in 1980 began her career with the Robinsons-May companies and what is now known as Macys where she retired from in 2005 and made long lasting friendships. After her retirement they finally settled in Fontana to be closer to Franks work place.
Anna made lasting friendships everywhere she went. She lived an incredible life that was filled with love, smiles, and many meaningful moments that she shared with everyone she encountered. She was an avid gym goer and an amateur marathon runner where she earned many medals which she proudly displayed. She loved her 24-hour fitness family, as they were always up for her shenanigans.
Anna was a leader, a friend, a person that always wanted to help others. She impacted so many lives, but she also had an unending amount of courage, love, a zest for living, and a contagious laugh. She was loved by many and would not want us to grieve for her but celebrate her life and all her accomplishments and even though she is not with us today or tomorrow. Her memory will always live on.
