Betty was a committed Christian who truly loved the Lord. She was very hospitable in every way and was a mom to all. Her home cooked meals always included homemade tortillas. Our favorite way to eat them was warmed with butter. She loved puzzles, and you always knew that under the kitchen tablecloth there was one in progress. She had an extensive collection of pig figurines large and small. She loved having her own personal bible study with God every morning before starting her day. She loved watching “Dancing with the Stars” and “Family Feud”. She loved spending time with all her grandchildren. She had the ability to reach people in a loving and caring way.
