December 14, 1956 – February 25, 2021
Our beloved Celia, passed away on February 25th, in Loma Linda California. She was born on December 14, 1956 to Isabel and Arnulfo Baltierra. Celia was the youngest of twelve children.
On November 12, 1976, Celia married Manuel E. Sandoval II. They had two children, Manuel Sandoval III, and Dolores Perez.
Celia attended beauty college and opened her own Beauty Salon, “Curly Cuts” in Colton, CA. Celia took pride in her work as a certified Beautician and Business Owner.
Celia enjoyed spending time with family and took pleasure in planning the family reunions and family festivities. She also enjoyed traveling, game nights with family and playing Bunko with friends. She also enjoyed her time as a Pampered Chef consultant.
Celia, also took pride in raising four of her grandchildren, Isiac, Joseph, Jasmine and Aurora in nurturing them through life.
Celia is proceeded in death by her parents Arnulfo and Isabel, brothers Eddie, John, Arnold, and Robert Baltierra of San Bernardino, as well as sisters, Lydia Perez of Redlands, Esmeralda Davis of Highland.
Celia leaves behind her husband Manual Sandoval II, son Manuel Sandoval III, and daughter-in-law Yvette, daughter Dolores Perez all of Colton, CA. Her eight grandchildren, Isiac Sandoval, Manuel Sandoval IV, Joseph Sandoval, Jasmine Perez, Aurora Perez, Ava Ahmu, Cecilia Guerrero, and Angel Sandoval, her sisters, Linda Ruiz of Loma Linda, Stella Kennedy of Arizona, and brother Ruben Baltierra of Beaumont.
Celia will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was a beautiful presence to all and in all the lives she touched
