Mom and Dad:  Today is May 20, 2019. Happy 79th Birthday Mom. I 'm here at your grave site Montecito Cemetery: Magnolia section 190. It's a beautiful day , big clouds with spots of sunshine keeping us warm. 
 
 God is good! As I reflect on our time spent together here on earth; I truly realize how God has blessed u as a family from the tine I was born when our family was just us three. 

Now I'm in awe of just how much has grown within our own family. Mark, Regina and Carlos all of our spouses, kids, grandkids, and your great grandkids. Wow I thank God for the 
great memories I have of us all as a family. Weddings, traveling to family events, church functions, dinners, & bible studies. Thanks for planting seeds in us and always encouraging us to seek the Lord. 

We are all under God's Grace now and I'm so happy to know God has a hedge of protection around our entire family; and he will keep us safe always. We will always remember that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and that no evil will befall us. God has our back.

I encourage all my family and friends too continue to seek the Lord in spirit and in truth. Knock and he will answer, seek him and you will find him. Confess his word and believe you will see that we serve an AWESOME GOD. A God who is great and mighty. 

Mom and Dad, this is not bye:  cause the Bible tells us we will see each other again. Therefore, it's I LOVE YOU BOTH and look forward to seeing you soon! Amen.

Dear gramma Connie,
                        I miss u dearly and i just wanna thank u for all u did for whether it was through thick or thin but i jus wanna thank u. And I jus have to say on how much i miss your cooking and when u would make breakfast on Saturdays and jus being able to live with u it was such an honor to be able to live with u. And no one can ever cook better than u can. And I am jus glad to have u in my life. And my favorite memory or u was when u always asked to go to my games even when jt was freezing or it was raining or even when it is 115 degrees outside and u still wanted to go anyways. And i jus wanna thank u for pushing me to do my homework and if u didn't i wouldnt be as smart as i am today and i thank u for that and no matter what happened u stuck with me even through thick and thin i am glad to have u as my great grandmother. I LOVE U GRAMMA AND MAY UR SOUL REST PEACEFULLY AND MAY GOD BE WITH U. 

My angel, my dearest Grandma Connie... There are so many beautiful memories of you but I have to say that my favorite ones were when and how you nurtured not only me but all of your family even when we didn't deserve your love. You never failed to put food on the table and I think everyone can agree that whenever you provided meals it was always a great time. We never felt shy to ask for seconds because your food was so delicious! Your food and love brought everyone together no matter who was in your house. I only hope to be half the woman you were. All the most valuable and sincere facets of life has been instilled in me through you. God first always, family along with love and happiness, and patience. I pray that you continue to watch over me and our beautiful big family, especially when I finally start my own ❤️. 

My Dear Connie,  You have been a big part of my life for many years.  You showed me the true meaning of a Godly woman. Seeing the good in everything. Remaining optimistic in the worst of times always reminding us that GOD is good. You raised your children & when you were done turned around and help raise your grandchildren & great grandchildren. You moved mountains to make sure everyone was healthy & happy.  I will never be able to repay you for all you've done for all the good you have instilled in my children but please know I am eternally grateful. You will forever be loved & missed. How blessed my life was having you in it. I will see you again someday. Rest in paradise . Thank you for loving me.  ❤

I'm Becky married to John - Connie was my beautiful sweet loving mother-n-luv. I was blessed to have in my life as my 2nd mom. She was generous, kind, thoughtful and loved loved loved her children, grand children & great grand children. I learned what pigs in a blanket were. Never heard it until I met Connie. She loved to cook, bake and was excellent at it.

  She loved the casinos and especially  Laughlin where she came with us 4 times a year. I remember one time we celebrated Fourth of July with her & it fell during the week. Just a last minute trip we decided to take off for the weekend & came back on Sunday. She called John on Monday and said ,"Did you and Bec leave me? Are you guys in Laughlin? John told her he was at work and drove after his shift to ensure her we were in town. We laughed -what premonition. Connie we miss you, your smile and laughter. Your warm hugs. We look up to Heaven and see you as a shining star with John Sr. We Love you & forever you shall live in our hearts and look forward to seeing  you in Heaven. You left us too soon but know God needed his Angel for His Glory we were created, in Jesus Name . Thank you for raising such a beautiful gentle sole as my Johnny who is the mirror image of your heart. I have the best husband ever! You raised beautiful children in Mark, Regina & Carlos as they are all loving, kind & generous as you were. One of your last wishes you said repeatedly at John & Mark's bible studies:  " I just want my children & grandchildren to serve the Lord, be happy  and be in good health."   We MISS you dearly!!!

Mom, 
I miss you more than I want to admit. I’m happy that your physical suffering has ended, all the pain &  the confusion from your illness.  God truly blessed us with a full life. We shared 1000’s of loving memories, I laugh with most of them.  I want to thank you for caring for me & my kids the way you did.  I’ll  never forget you on the dance floor at my wedding, going for the bouquet, like a single lady.  Epic.  I’ll miss our Rosaries together, church on Sundays, vacations in Laughlin, your cooking.  Another part of my heart went to heaven, so save it for me & when I get called you can put it back. Until then, God’s peace & rest be your’s.  And may God continue my journey until we meet again.
