David is survived by his wife, Maria Martinez; daughter Pearl Ortiz; son Manuel Martinez; and daughter Star Martinez; 6 grandchildren and 2 siblings.

A visitation for David will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
