Diana Alcantar was born on March 5, 1963, to Manuel and Isabel Alvarado. She resided in Highland, California, and is the youngest of her siblings, Darlene, Manuel, and Kathy. After working many years in the retail industry, she retired from Walgreens as lead cashier. During her tenure, she cultivated numerous friendships with both customers and colleagues.
Diana’s interests encompassed dancing, hosting family gatherings, attending concerts, visiting casinos, watching movies and football games with her family. Additionally, she listened to a variety of music every night including, R&B, Spanish Cumbias, and Old School. She had a particular fondness for Mexican food, and mastered how to make the best chicken enchiladas and rice.
Diana is survived by her husband, Ralph Alcantar; daughter, Erica Alcantar; son, Eric Alcantar; daughter-in-law, Breanna Alcantar; and granddaughter, Alyssa Ellis.
