Dianne Burton Elder, 68, of La Quinta, passed away January 9th, 2017. She was born in San Bernardino, California on September 12, 1948 to Kermit and Winifred Burton. She was a self-employed artist who had a passion for creativity. She is survived by her three children Michelle, James, and Crystal, and her sister, Ellen. She had eight grandchildren. She is laid to rest at Montecito Memorial Park in Loma Linda.
