Donna came into my life 37 years ago when I moved across the street from her and her family. That was the beginning of a very special relationship which does not end because she is gone. We were family forever. She was always there for me, no matter what. She gave her love unconditionally through the good and the bad. She always found time for me and for my family. There is a very big void in my life and there is always something that happens that I want to pick up the phone and tell her about. That's when the reality hits me in the face that I can't do that anymore. She was a very important person in my life and will always remain in my heart with wonderful memories. I love you Donna!!!

I must have started writing this at least 12 times yesterday. I don't think I have the words to tell you how much I love you and how deeply I miss you. I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me. Thank you for always being on my side and loving me unconditionally......even when, perhaps, I wasn't easy to love. I cannot thank you enough for your support and guidance throughout the years. You were not just my aunt, but also my best friend. I don't know how to live without you. However, I know that you are at peace and soaring with Angels. Until I see you again, I will love you and miss you everyday of my life.

Aunt Donna, Thank you for the unconditional love you gave to Max and I. Through time of joy and times of pain you were always there. we may not of seen you everyday but everyday you were in our hearts. And there you will remain forever. love you always

I've started writing something about 20 times so far today. Every time, I have to walk away because I can't hold back my tears. I am so devastated that you are gone. I cannot imagine life without you. I cannot imagine not being able to pick up the phone and pour my heart out to you. You always believed in me and supported me (except when I needed otherwise). You loved me and accepted me no matter what mistakes I made. I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful life you have given me and shared with the boys. You have spoiled us all rotten. There will never be another person like our Aunt Donna. I will love you and miss you every day of my life.

You taught me so much about unconditional love and nontraditional family. You loved me and rooted for me to succeed.
