Born: March 30 1920 in Michigan City, Ind. to Clara Clafin Mills, father unknown.
She is survived by her daughter Lesley Rodriguez, son-in-law Benny Madrid, granddaughter Rebecca Rodriguez, grandson-in-law Adam Gonzales, great-grandson Aarin Gonzales, great-granddaughter Alannah Gonzales, niece Sharron Hughes, nephews Steven and Ken Hughes and great-nieces Mandy and Kaytlyn Hughes.
Member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Highland California. Member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #212, a highly missed pinochle player at Highland Senior Center.
Retired in April 1983 from USAF Audit Agency at Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino California. She also served our country at Johnson Air Force Base in Japan, O’Hare International Airport, Homestead Air Force Base in Florida, Hanford Engineering Depot in Hanford Washington, and the Atomic Project at Oakridge Tennessee.
