Elizabeth V. De Leon

Elizabeth V. Deleon Liz passed away on January 20, 2015 at the age of 67, after a long illness she was received into the arms of the Lord. She was surrounded by her loving husband and children. Liz was a long time resident of Redlands and was born in San Bernardino. Elizabeth was a loving wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her beloved father, Martin Gutierrez. She is survived by her husband Ramon, son Ramon Jr., daughters Denise Deleon, Maria Deleon and Benita Mosqueda, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Liz enjoyed camping and fishing in Ensenada as well as fresh caught lobster. Liz loved sports, especially playing baseball. She loved going to the casino and playing the slot machines, especially keno. Liz loved having her family and friends together. The Deleon family would like to thank Vitas Hospice and their staff for the compassionate care they showed to Liz and the family. The viewing will be held at Montecito Mortuary from 6-8pm on January 30, 2015 with the holy rosary recited. The funeral mass will be held at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 115 W. Olive Ave. Redlands, CA 92373 on January 31, 2015 at 1:30pm. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Cemetery next to Montecito.
