Flor De Maria Beltran was born on November 10, 1965 in El Salvador and passed away on April 27, 2012 in Loma Linda, California. She was a cosmetologist for over 15 years. She is survived by her daughter, three sons and one grandson. Flor will have a visitation on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 1:00-1:45 PM and the Funeral Service will start at 1:45 PM in the Valley View Chapel at Montecito Mortuary with burial to follow at Montecito Memorial Park.
