Frances Bernice Boyd born November 27, 1929 in Riverside, California to parents Frank Tsurda and Helen Gorden. Resident of Riverside County for 85 years passed away September 12, 2015 in her Riverside residence of 45 years. She was a committed and independent woman who served as a clerical supervisor at Norton Air force Base for 30 years. Loved her Dog like a child of her own. Her loyal friend Nancy Van Leuven has arranged for her services to take place at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary. All is invited to join us in the celebration of her life with a graveside to follow.
