Frank was a beloved son and brother. He proudly served in the army and was an avid fan of the Dodgers.
A graveside service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery, located at 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California. The service is scheduled for December 31, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
Frank will be fondly remembered by his family and friends.
