Frank David Ortiz was the youngest born into a family of five. Born and raised in East LA, he was an autotech by trade and a passionate artist by desire. On September 17th, 2020, Frank Ortiz was called home to rejoin his parents Louis and Helen, along with his Brother Richard and Sister Toni. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and sisters.
