Gavin Emil Pachót was born January 16th,1971 to Michele Thomas and Anthony Pachót in Los Angeles, CA. Gavin was a devoted husband, father, coach, and friend whose kindness and quiet strength touched everyone who knew him.
Gavin was blessed to share his life with his high school sweetheart and beloved wife, Tabatha. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. He was a proud father to his sons, Kellen and Jordan, who were the heart of his world. His greatest happiness came from being with his family, cheering on his boys, and creating memories that will live on forever.
Gavin dedicated much of his life to the game he loved — football — not only as a coach, but as a mentor and role model to countless young athletes. His passion for the sport went far beyond the field; he believed in building character, teamwork, and perseverance. Those who played for him will remember his encouragement, his steady leadership, and the life lessons he taught that reached far beyond the game.
Those who knew Gavin will remember his warmth, his easy smile, and his ability to lift others up. He was the kind of man who inspired confidence, laughter, and trust — both on and off the field.
Though our hearts are heavy, Gavin’s legacy of love, leadership, and compassion will live on in all those who were blessed to know him. His impact will be felt for generations to come.
“If no one's told you they love you today, I love you”. - Coach Pachót
