GEORGE LEONARD MERRILL, 54, of San Bernardino, CA passed unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. He was born November 11, 1967, at St. Bernardine hospital in San Bernardino California, the son of John Frank and Patricia Ann Merrill.
George loved the Lord and cherished his family. He is survived by his Mother, Patricia Merrill; two Brothers, John (Estella) and Randy Merrill; one Sister, Jonie Lieberman (Kurt); and many Nieces, and Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Preceded in death by his father John Frank Merrill and sister in law Irene Merrill.
He would want his family and friends to know he is in Heaven, comforted and healed in the arms of Jesus.
John 14:1-3
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
George will forever be in our hearts and memory. He often ended conversations, saying, “I love you and I’ll leave the light on for you”. I know we will see him again in Heaven, with Jesus, where they will have the Light On waiting for us to arrive.
