We would love to have everyone attend my Motbers funeral services. But unfortunately due to covid restrictions unless you received an invitation to the services by her children you will not be able to attend the services. But we would ask that you say a prayer for our Mother on 5th and 6th of March. Thank you for understanding and we send you all our family's love. The Hernandez family.

To our Queen,
I cannot believe it’s been a month since God to you home to be reunited with Daddy, Granny Margaret and the rest of the family. What a reunion it must have been know you live in your children and the rest of your family and friends always. The warm smile our the love you had for everyone if we could only be a 1/4 of what you and Daddy gave us. We as your children hope to be that so that you can continue to be proud of us and Thank you for loving us all unconditionally. Truly grateful and so very blessed to have had the last 5 years with you. I love you 😘 We will be united in Heaven again...

Gertrude was my Comadre, as she and her husband, Pete were my daughter’s God parents.
I will never forget that beautiful memory of that day.

Through the years our families got together for functions and our kids enjoyed playing at one another’s homes. What beautiful memories of those years!

After my compadre Pete’s death, I visited, staying a couple of nights with Gertrude and her daughter Cecilia, periodically. In spite of Gertrude’s failing health, we reminisced about our wonderful memories as young wives, mothers, and our aging we couldn’t avoid. Lol

During my last visit, about one month before Gertrude’s passing, she told me about her and my Comp’s meeting, dating, and marriage plans.
I will forever cherish my memories of our last time that Gertrude and I spent together.

I miss her, however, I am so happy for her, as she is with God in paradise.

Love, Comadre, Irene
