Papi hoy me acorde de una ocasion que nos llevaste a La Playa en Santa Monica, yo solamente era una niña fue antes de que nacieran mis dos hermanas , Fernando era solamente un bebe. Estabamos en la arena y querias jugar a las carreras. Nos lansamos a correr y me ganaste . Me dijiste un dia mija tu vas a correr mas rapido que yo.  Te extraño tanto Papa. Siento que tu perdida de vida se llevo parte de mi corazon contigo. Un dia nos volveremos aver mi viejito lindo. Te Amo

My dear abuelo, 
it pains me to let you go. I can’t put it into words how much you’ve impacted my life. From a small child to my teenage years you’ve always guided me and taught me important lessons that I will always cherish. Your Ranita loves you so much and is thankful for everything you’ve done for me. You’re always going to be a role model in my life and I will do my best to live on your legacy through music as I know that’s something you’ve always held close to your heart. I will continue to play the guitar in your honor and practice until I know you’ll be proud in spirit. Take it easy abuelo, te voy a extrañar.

Grandpa, 

It took me a while to write this. I am so devastated to see you go. It breaks my heart that i won’t be able to hear your voice or see you play your favorite instruments again. You were SO passionate about everything - Your family, your friends, your job, your craft. Talented in many ways from singing, to playing on the keyboard and guitar. A man of God, always giving the word to us. I will forever cherish those moments with you and will be sure to keep those memories alive. I’m sad that you had to go so soon but in my heart i know that you are rejoicing in heaven with your mom and brother. Please watch over me and the family, we love and miss you. Until we meet again. I know that he was a family oriented man. He would constantly call my gf his daughter Nidia. He'd ask her how she was and about her day. He'd say hi to me and  may God bless you.  I got to meet him on person when he came to Texas to visit family. He was a nice guy  and  fun to be around. He'll be missed.

 Little words can express how much you will be missed by not only me but by so many others. You helped so many people it is very inspirational what you have done, from your hard working attitude, bible studies with the kids and teaching others music and many more things. You where fun to talk with and drink a couple cervezas, myself and many others very much enjoyed your company and loved the story's you would tell. I know you will always be watching over these beautiful families you have created. Rest in peace

Tío le doy gracias a Dios por permitirme ser su sobrina y ahijada,por compartir con ustedes tantas aventuras y alegrías,ir a Mexicali y durar asta 6 hrs para llegar porque agarraba caminos nuevos.Por siempre ser tan generoso.Se le va extrañar muchísimo Tío!Descanse en paz Tío.

Im blessed to have met you and share time  and memories, and just learn from the conversations we had. Every chance we got to speak was a loving and valuable experience. You were a great man, thank you for your wisdom and guidance.

Really sad to hear about this. My condolences to you guys. I remember your dad partying it up years ago when we were kids, and also playing his music on the piano showing us what he can do, and trying to teach me how to play. I later took piano lessons partly because I thought it was so cool your dad could play. Lots of fond memories, but not enough. Really sorry for your loss. RIP Loco

I love you Grandpa. Thank you for being a caring grandpa and always checking on me and my Ava bear . I will always remember the times you took me and Andrea to Scandia when we were little .I never imagined this time would come. I wish we had more time with you . I should have answered your calls more often grandpa, that’s one thing I’ll aways regret. We all miss you very much,
