

Mina Rodriguez was born in, Mexico on April 9, 1946. She met her husband, Raymond Rodriguez, in Culiacan where they were married on November 30, 1967. Their firstborn, Raymond Rodriguez, Jr., was born on July 17, 1970. Their daughter, Rachelle Lucero, was born on December 31, 1977. In 1994, she proudly obtained her United States Citizenship.
When her children were young, Mina enjoyed selling Avon as a part-time job. She eventually worked full-time at Riverside Community Hospital as a dietary supervisor where she worked for over 20 years. She retired early due to her Parkinson’s Disease. She bravely battled this disease along with other complications for many years.
Mina, a devout Catholic, was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Loma Linda, CA. She was very involved and took pride in her services at the church.
Mina’s favorite hobby included taking care of her flowers and plants around the house. She especially loved her rose bushes. She poured her heart into making beautiful flower arrangements to give to family and friends. She always had a smile on her face and would do anything for her family and friends. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she always made it so special for her family.
Mina loved her children, grandchildren, husband, sisters, and brother very much. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Rodriguez, Sr. of 55 years. Her son, Raymond Rodriguez, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Michelle Rodriguez and grandchildren, Jax and Sienna Rodriguez. Her daughter, Rachelle Lucero, and son-in-law, David Lucero. Her sisters Gloria Payan, Alicia Payan, Berthila Payan Cazarez and Ramona Payan. Her brother, Chuyito Payan.
She will be greatly missed by many.
