In loving memory of Haesook Angela Kim, born on February 19, 1948, who peacefully passed away on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024. As we bid farewell to our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, we take solace in the promise of a reunion at the glorious Second Coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Angela’s journey on this earth was one of faith, love, and service. She was a devoted wife to Choong Gilbert Kim, sharing in the joys and challenges of life's pilgrimage. Together, they built a beautiful life together, one that exemplified the sacred bond of marriage and testified to the enduring power of their love for one another.
Her legacy of faith and family lives on through her beloved sons and daughters-in-law: Steven and Julie, James and Lisa, and George and Ramona. Angela’s nurturing spirit shaped their lives, instilling values of compassion, integrity, and devotion to God.
As a grandmother, she was a source of boundless love and wisdom to her cherished grandchildren: Ian, Jackson, Joelle, Logan, Riley, Emerson, Alena, Finley, and Asher. She delighted in their laughter, shared and supported their dreams, and showered them with unconditional love.
Though she may have bid us farewell for now, we hold fast to the promise of resurrection and restoration. Until that glorious day, her memory will live on in our hearts, inspiring us to live each day with joyful anticipation of the heavenly reunion to come.
"For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage one another with these words.” 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
