

Harry “Harrison” Armando Garcia II passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026, at his home in Moreno Valley, California. He was only 66 years old. He was born July 27, 1959, in Roswell, New Mexico, the last surviving son of the late Harry and Lucy Garcia.
Harrison moved around in his early years due to his father being a TSGT in the United States Air Force, spending a few wonderous years stationed in Puerto Rico. His family finally put down roots in Moreno Valley (formerly Sunnymead), California when he was around 10 years old. At a young age Harrison developed a love of movies, especially science fiction, supernatural and comic book superheroes. He was an avid collector of anything Star Wars, Star Trek, classic horror, Marvel and DC superheroes. He graduated from Moreno Valley High School, class of 1978. It was in Riverside, California where Harrison met his wife Brenda in 1992. It was around this time that he started going by his preferred name Harrison. They married in Las Vegas, Nevada in July 1994. They set down permanent roots by buying their home in Moreno Valley living there since 2008. Never having children of their own, they loved and cherished their two fur babies, Shih Tzu pups Rylan and Colin.
Harry was a confident, strong-willed, loving and generous person that is truly and deeply missed by all who knew him.
Harrison is preceded in death by his true love, wife Brenda Louise Garcia, his parents, and brothers Norman Anthony Garcia and Marco Andre Garcia.
His memory will live on in his family, sister Sherrie Garcia, sister Lucia Byrne, brother-in-law Christopher Byrne, nieces Halie Byrne, Paige Byrne, Elissa Byrne and nephew Ethan Byrne.
Memorial and visitation services will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Montecito Memorial Park & Mortuary, in Colton, California.
