She joined the angels in paradise, on October 4th, 2020, surrounded by her family, peacefully, at home.
Her loving parents, Joshua and Mariah Jones, and sisters, Nevaeha and Leia, will cherish the brief, but memorable time, they shared with her.
From the moment Haydin was brought into our lives, we were captivated, by her sweet angelic face, which would light up a room. She had the most beautiful smile, bright, mesmerizing eyes, and most adorable little voice.
Around the age of 2, Haydin was diagnosed with Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD), which quickly and unexpectedly changed our lives. During her long and difficult battle, Haydin showed immense strength and perseverance. We witnessed miracle after miracle, year after year, and for that, we are truly Blessed. Haydin may have lost her physical abilities, but never lost her ability to make a significant impression, on those around her.
Haydin's favorite place, was in the arms of her mommy, sharing cuddles and conversations, which required no words. Haydin loved to be goofy and playful, with anyone in her presence. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and going on special dates with her “maa’ma” Mara and cousins. She looked forward to going on car rides and always made sure mommy and daddy had her stuff, packed by the door, ready to go. Haydin’s eyes would light up at the sight of her sister Nevaeha. From toddler age, Nevaeha would help take care of sissy, entertain her and love on her, any chance, she got. When sister Leia was born, big sister Haydin, would cuddle with her and make her ‘cooing’ sounds, to put baby sister to sleep. The bonds she shared, with her loved ones, were truly special.
Haydin, was one of the bravest little girls, we have ever known. The world was truly changed, the moment she left it. Haydin, baby doll, you will be in our hearts, forever. We will carry with us, the special moments we’ve shared, the love you gave and the memory of your sweet voice, saying, “I’m a princess… I’m sooo cute”.
Our princess was truly an angel on earth, and we can all be at peace, knowing she touched so many lives, in the time, she was here. Haydin is the reason, we have the courage, to carry on. You are no longer restricted by your body, sweet baby. We know you are running, singing and dancing, in that paradise, up above, surrounded by our loved ones, who were there, before you.
Until we meet, again, We Love You, sweet Haydin. May you rest in paradise.
We would like to acknowledge the outpour of love, prayers, and support, we have received, from friends, family and colleagues. Our family cannot express, enough, how much it means to us. We will forever, be grateful, for each and every one of you. With the deepest love and appreciation, we thank you!
