Henry Carlos Alaniz passed away peacefully at the age of 87, on March 16, 2024. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Alice, his children, Alison Camberos, husband Carlos, David Alaniz, wife Neoma, and youngest daughter, Adrienne Alaniz. He was blessed with 7 grandchildren, Daniel, Linda, and Christopher Camberos, and Hank, Xochitl, Ethan, and Clementine Alaniz and one great-grandson, Angel Gonzalez.
Henry graduated from Colton High School, where he met his wife. They were married in 1959, celebrating 64 years of marriage.
‘Dad’, ‘Pop’, ‘Papa’, your laughter, and warm, easy going way, will be so deeply missed. You will forever be remembered as a loving family man and the smartest Papa ever.
Services will be held Thursday, April 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary in the All Souls Chapel, located at 3520 E. Washington Street, in Colton. A reception to follow, will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 740 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, in Colton.
