Herminio Eligino Dela Pena, age 93, of Highland, California passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. Herminio was born in Philippines. A visitation for Herminio will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Adelaide Catholic Church, 27457 Base Line St., Highland, CA 92346.
