Irene was a woman who always kept you on your toes. She often fell and gave us a good scare, but she always got up and had a good laugh after. The best thing she ever made in the kitchen was her gravy—and you were grateful for it on Sunday mornings. But anything else she cooked, let’s put it this way, she was more talented with fabric than food. She crocheted enough for us all to have a little piece of her. Grandma’s memory will live on through the cherished moments she had with her family.
Irene is survived by her son James "Bob" Fennell (Donna Fennell); her grandson Sam Fennell, her granddaughter Courtney Villalovos, her great grandson Jacob Fennell and her great grandson Cassius Villalovos.
Irene was preceded in death by her grandson Jake Fennell.
A visitation for Irene will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 24145 Barton Rd, Loma Linda, CA 92324, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
