Jackie Lynn Westra, 48 years old of Moreno Valley, California, passed away on September 22, 2011 at her home. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Johnson, father, Frank Eugene Martin, sisters, Barbara Forrester, Jeanne Petty, Tina Martin and Susie Hovermale, and her brothers, Frankie Martin, Mickey Martin, Timmy Martin and Tommy Martin. Jackie was a homemaker for more than 28 years.
Visitation will be held on, Monday, October 3, 2011, 4-8 p.m. at Montecito Valley View Chapel and Funeral service on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, 10 a.m. at Ontario United Reformed Church, 205 E. Philadelphia St., Ontario, California,followed by burial at Montecito Memorial Park.
