Jacob Rivera III, age 3, of San Jacinto, California passed away on Tuesday April 17, 2018. Jacob was born January 31, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Catherine Monarrez and Jacob Rivera.

Jacob is survived by; father Jacob Rivera and mother Catherine Monarrez and brother Cesar Rivera.

Memorial service for Jacob will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington St, Colton, California 92324.
