Always cherish every moment you have with your loved ones because you’ll never know when it’s their last breath. Everyday I wish I could go back and re live those moments we had as a family, when we would go out to chilis, go on fun dates, no one can ever replace the special bond we had. Me and marilyn always talk about you, and watch videos of us together and cry and laugh. I promise to take good care of marilyn for you, we love you and miss you.

Jeremy please continue to watch over the girls & keep them safe. You’d be so proud of how well the girls are doing. Alina is in her senior year of high school & is Even working a part time job. Marilyn is thriving in school & just got an honor roll award a couple of weeks ago. I know they both miss you so dearly, but I pray you are resting peacefully. Knowing that your entire family abandoned Marilyn. It’s hard trying to explain to Marilyn why she can’t go visit or why they haven’t reached out for almost 2 years now. I know if it would’ve been the other way around & you lost one of your siblings you would never do that to your nieces/nephews bc the immense love you had for everyone, but I know you see how hard I go for the girls daily!! & my little spoiled Marilyn. Instead of getting a toy every time we go to the store it’s something for make up , self care of clothes !!  😆she enjoys shopping just as much as you did!  it’s heart warming knowing that strangers knew about your love for Marilyn. I know how much and how hard you tried to get sober for her and most importantly for yourself, but the enemy won. I pray everyday to god that he gives me the strength & ability to raise respectful intelligent daughters so they can go into the right path in life , but continue being their guardian angel please 🙏🏼

The last six days of your life, you were so motivated and happy.  You shared your future plans with a lot of family members.  You and I spent quality time.  I thank god, for such a loving son. Dear Jeremy, I know you’re in a better place now away from this cold world. Part of me is happy because I know you’re with God and I have a strong guardian angel by my side everywhere I go, But even then another part of me is broken, sad and confused. I have so many questions that now I will never get the answers to!! I keep asking God why did he take you? Why if he loves us and is so good why is he hurting the family like he did today? I guess I will never understand that but even through all this my faith is still strong I thank him, I think him for letting me spend the last day you had on this earth with me. You were like a brother to me ever since the first day I met you you’ve always welcome me with open arms. We made so many memories together and that’s what always going to live with me that’s what I always will cherish and keep close to my heart. I think you for loving my son like if he was your own, For always caring for him and Christy the way that you did I will always keep that in my heart. Thank you for being amazing and always giving me some inspiration thru our art. I loved coming to you with my art I was working on, you would always see the beauty in a piece even if I was hating it at the moment. You would tell me trust the process prima maybe add this, paint over that, and bam it would be greatness! You would come to me with art you were working on I miss our art talk so much. 

Miss talking about parenthood and how much our kids were such a blessing not only to us to but the family around us. Miss our talks of how we would be better parents to our kids even though circumstances weren’t always ideal we would rise above and not be petty/toxic. Proud of you for the father you were to Marilyn and Alina both those girls know the endless love you have for them! 

You loved to the deepest ocean and to highest stars in the sky. I will miss your unconditional love for family, friends, and really anyone that came into contact with you! I have learned from your big heart to open up a bit myself! Thank you for that primo!

We were told by your Heart Doctor that you wouldn’t  be able to run or do strenuous activities and that you were coming home with an oxygen tank.  That was the scientific prognosis but God gave  you the power and strength to anything you wanted to do . I thank god and Dr. Chong at USD for the miracle surgery she performed. You beat the odds and played all sports you wanted! You skated almost everyday! We met all of your favorite skaters, Paul Rodriguez,the skater, Masca and other famous skaters I don’t recall their names anymore.
You were a loving person, you loved your brothers, sister and mom and I.  You loved all your cousins, aunts uncles, nieces, nephews and Ninos.  You were never afraid or embarrassed to use the word love.  You loved your daughters so much. You loved your stepdaughter Alina, unconditionally You raised her as if she was your own.  You were a hard working man. I recall that from an early age you always experimented working with your hands. As an adult you worked your ass off! Also, you worked with me , and I saw the same impressive result’s!  After high school, you told us, don’t spend money on college, Im tired of school. I want to pursue a career as an artist, I want to learn how to “Tattoo “  that’s my passion, drawing.  We did not hesitate to find you the best tattoo instructor, the rest is history.  You left so many memories on people bodies in the form of a tattoo, including your sister, brother and the latest your Aunt  Teresa.  You were passionate about tattooing , drawing, making logos for companies and for friends! You had an amazing talent! You wanted to start a business printing shirts with your own drawing creations!  You had so many dreams, lots of plans for the future But it all stopped on a Sunday morning!God only knows why! I’m grateful to God for allowing us to have you an extra twenty years.  Rest In Peace my Son , some day will meet Again!

Fish, Tina and the rest of the family... Words cannot express the sadness we're feeling. Jeremy, was truly a big hearted young man, full of life. I had the honor in meeting Jeremy at such a young age. He was such a respectful young man, with such a beautiful smile!! He will be missed here on earth, but now he's in Heaven with his maker. I know he's with Gus, and they're sitting chatting, over a beer. This isn't a goodbye, it's until we meet again, my sweet Jeremy.

Ay Jeremías  … as I would tell you when you would have me laughing at all the things you’d say as I’d braid your hair . My heart is broken to know for my selfish reasons I would like you on this side of life but know everlasting life is something greater ,and that my primo Is where you are. Many memories to name them all would have this become a thesis . My fondest memory of you is you tatting my hand with the power symbol with such focus and detail with the signature sticking your tongue out in concentration and after completing it saying  “let me see it Cynthia” and doing the blessing slap you’d do for many of your close clients(family) and just laughing. 
Your talents were many I always let you know how blessed you were with all your gifts and for us to witness them all was a great blessing as well. it’s very difficult to process the void we all feel without you. I love you today and I’ll love you always till we meet again❤️

Jeremy, May God hold you tightly in his arms for us. I remember joking around with you. You were so great at doing impressions. I’d ask you to do the Scary Movie impression of the guy with the little hand. Every time I’d ask you to do it for me, you would! You were always making us all laugh. I will miss sharing moments like that with you. I know that we will meet again. God has blessed us with a beautiful, large, unique family and you will always be part of it. We love you. During Quinceañera practice (17years ago)the dance instructor would always have trouble trying to have the boys stand up straight without slouching and asked to pop their chest out. But not Jeremy , Jeremy was a natural , his chest was always popping out even if he wasn't trying. The dance instructor would always use Jerms as an example of how to properly stand with his chest popping out , Jerms would walk around pounding on his chest standing up so proud because he was doing it right with of course his laughter and sarcasm being funny. Many of you might not know but my cousin had a heart condition as a new born had surgery when he was just a baby, so his chest was built different. Maybe that's why he was always so lovable, so caring, so expressive with how he felt about you. My cousin had a heart of gold, a strong fighting heart. I am glad I got to tell him how proud I was of him how much we all loved him on April 4th 2022 our last conversation. I got the same love in return. I Love you cousin i will forever remember you by your character, loving personality , your talents, and who can forget that contagious laugh. Your legacy will live on and be remembered by all those you've touched, take care of all of us and your precious Marilyn.You left us a little peace of you. I met Jeremy at Sunrise playing basketball when we were kids with my 2 brothers and his 2 brothers. I noticed even at a young age his will to win was strong. He was small but his heart was even bigger. We grew up and still kept in touch and I consider he and his brothers my extended family.  They always supported me and my art and it was a privilege to work with Jeremy and his art.  He always kept that same heart and passion. I always told Jeremy he was so talented and he was so humble and appreciated every compliment I gave him. He will always be in my memory as long I live as a great friend and person that will be dearly missed. My condolences to the whole family I love you guys. 


To my nephew Jeremy  my memory if him is when he did my tattoo and i have so much fun with it him that day he was  a great artist and I’m going to miss him but he’s in heaven been a Beautiful angel and taking care of all of us with so  much love  I was blessed to had a nephew like you in my life your auntie Teresa

There are no words for the legacy Jeremy Sanchez has left on his family and friends.

Jeremy touched so many lives by always having a smile on his face, never afraid to express his feelings, his funny jokes, being the life of the party and being an amazing son, dad, cousin, and friend. I’m grateful I got the chance to know him.

He will forever live in our hearts and be remembered by his shining personality.

You were a lil brother to my brother which made you my lil brother as well. I will always remember how sweet & talented you were. I never did get that tattoo you promised me. I remember in your high school days, me going to pick up "the boys" (carlos & jesse)& me asking wheres jerm at?? & them saying you know hes already home, he runs home everyday after school. He says nothing to nobody. & sure enough there he was at the front door. Watching you grow into a mature man & amazing dad, always had baby girl with the matching kicks. I will continue to pray for your family & daughters♥️you will be missed Jerm love you

Cousin, the world is better because you were in it . Our family is incomplete without you. I am weak because you are gone, but stronger because you were here. There is a hole in our family where you used to stand. There's a hole in my heart for which I never planned.  With teardrops running down my face, I will miss you every day until we meet again.
