Joe Manuel Hernandez, a longtime resident of Victorville, Ca, passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 79. Born in San Bernardino, Ca on January 13, 1947, to Salvador and Rosa Hernandez, Joe was a dedicated family man and a hard worker.
He retired from BNSF Railroad after 34 years of service as a machine operator. Joe’s greatest legacy began when he met the love of his life, Shirley; together, they shared 60+ beautiful years.
Joe is survived by his children, Cynthia, Manuel Jr., Ray, and Jesse. His memory lives on through his 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, 4 sisters and is preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 great-grandchildren.
