Joel Ian Gandy Garcia was born April 27, 2002 in Pomona California. He received his education from Milor High School in Rialto CA. Joel was a friendly and caring person. He loved everyone that he encountered. He was outspoken, very forgiving and always welcoming . His character was that of an easy going loving person. He would embrace everyone he would meet. Affectionately known as JoJo, when you met him you knew that he would be your friend forever. He was the life of the party and had a goofy sense of humor. Joel had a passion for playing basketball he started playing at the age of three. He also enjoyed skate-borading during his teen years and he loved to attend rap concerts. Whenever Joel wanted to relax he enjoyed playing video games. He had a creative mind for fashion that transpired everyday that related to the clothing brand he was developing.
