From the moment we met you were always so kind to me. Each time after that you made me feel more and more like a part of the family. I’ll never forget you or hearing your voice as you opened the door when we visited to hear the nicknames you had for each of us. Thank you for being you and for always being there for us. You will always have a special place in our hearts and you will be missed beyond words. Until we meet again. Rest In Peace Kathy.

We go way back to 1980!!! We have been through so much together, good and bad. The parties, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and the list goes on. I am happy that I came to see you, and that you knew I was there. May your light shine in Heaven and May you rest in peace💐
Manuel and family, may God give you strength, peace and comfort during this difficult time. Love Dan and Trish White

A Friend & Coworker for many years. She was crazy-funny and we clicked soon after I came to work at Employment Development Dept! Wow...did we have some good times! She gave the best parties at her home too! Kathy Lozano was a hard worker & almost never missed a day from work other than scheduled vacations, always on time - never late! She would not hesitate to let you know how she felt either! Lol! Loved her husband Manuel & their life together. I will miss our telephone conversations & jokes about ourselves. R,I.P. Lozano. Condolences to Manuel & Family

Remembering all the laughter and bantering that we did while at work. So much fun and sharing of family life and good and bad times. We were a close knit group at that time. Work was more like family. Kathy was one of the best workers. Her sarcastic sense of humor was the best.
Rest In Peace. Manuel Bob and I are so sorry for your loss.

Kathy, my beautiful sister. You have left us with a huge whole in our hearts. I can believe you are no longer here, I miss your laugh, your smile, your caring heart. You were always there for us, you were the best sister anyone could have. Our lives will never be the same without you. God has you in his loving embrace. I love you sister, God's angel.

Kathy, I can't explain just how sad it makes me to know you are gone. I was already missing seeing you and many coworkers since having to retire in 2016, and it shocked me to hear that you had passed. I will always remember Fridays, and how when you were asked how you were doing on those days, you would always reply "Just peachy!" with a smile and a blink. May your family receive comfort in knowing that you are in God's presence and happy now.
