Luz Carlier, lovingly known as “Mami,” passed on April 5, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on March 9, 1931in Vinces, Ecuador, she resided in Perris, California with her husband of 64 years, Walton W. Carlier.
Luz is survived by her husband Walter, her two children Edward and Ines, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324-4720, US, on May 21, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 3510 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324, US, on May 21, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
