Maria De Jesus Trujillo

Maria was born July 18, 1946, in Manaliso, Jalisco, Mexico to Cayetano Mercado Mercado and Dolores Perez Ledesla.

Maria married Manuel Trujillo, April 15, 1976, The two were each other's companions. They were blessed with five children: Humberto, Manuel Jr., Jorge, Daniel, and Andres. As well as six beautiful grandchildren: London, Charlotte, Hazel, Erandi, Zoe and Brayden.

Maria helped with the creation of two vocational schools and started two successful businesses of her own. She was a hard worker and always made sure her family was taken care of and never in need.

Maria was an avid artist and loved to create. She was always making and creating things with her hands, such as decor for her home, flower arrangement, her own outfits, as well as blankets and clothing for her children and grandchildren.

Maria loved making puzzles, going to the casino with her brother Jose, and husband Manuel, watching her favorite tv shows and spending time with her sons and grandchildren.

Maria will especially be remembered for her beautiful spirit that served to strengthen everyone she met.

Viewing and Services Tuesday, March 11, at 10 am at San Salvador Catholic Church Colton Ca. Funeral services same day at 12:30pm at Montecito Memorial Park Colton Ca.
