MARY BLANCHE NICHOLAS, was born April 24, 1948, in San Diego, California and grew up in Fontana. She passed away on May 4, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Inez (Bocanegra) and Manuel N. Ruiz. Blanche is survived by her loving husband, Ron; her brothers, Manuel Ruiz (Sue), of Redlands, Xavier Ruiz (Debi), of San Bernardino; brother-in-law, Marty Nicholas (Babara) of Oregon; her nieces, Tina Ruiz, Burlingame, Melanie Ruiz, Los Angeles, Jessica Ruiz, South Pasadena, Anne and Katelyn Ruiz, San Bernardino and Erin Nicholas. Also, her many cousins and friends, including her extended family from over 30 years of employment at the County of San Bernardino.
Memorial Service will be held at on Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 10 a.m.; at Montecito Valley View Chapel, followed by inurnment at Montecito Memorial Park, both in Colton, California.
