

Micaela passed away surrounded by love and family. She was born to José and Loretto Lopez and attended school in Riverside, completing the 7th grade before leaving school to help support her family financially. She married in 1949 and devoted her life to her family.
Micaela is survived by her children Raymond Zaragoza; Richard Zaragoza (Lynnelle); Yolanda Gonzales (Joe); and Elizabeth Hernandez (Henry). She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and great-grandmother to ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents José and Loretto Lopez; her siblings José, Daniel, Lucy, Braudio (Bob), and Beatrice; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn.
Micaela was known for her caring and giving heart, her love of gardening and dancing, and her strong faith. She spent many years as a homemaker before later working in retail. Her kindness, strength, and devotion to family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A visitation will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, located at 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324, on January 29, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 4268 Lime St, Riverside, CA 92501, on January 30, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The committal service will follow at Olivewood Memorial Park, 3300 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, on January 30, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
