Mildred Harley resident of Highland, passed away December 6, 2010 at the age of 91. She is survived by her loving husband, Willie; sons, Wilbur Harley and Earl Paraham; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Services will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary in Colton on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 1:30pm with interment to follow.
