Mildred E. Wade, 100 years old, of Loma Linda, California, passed away on September 14, 2011 at her home. She was born to Edward and Mattie Hilderbrandt on October 23, 1910 in Mobile, Alabama, and is survived by her niece Lori Hildebrand of Nana, California and many other friends. Mildred was a teacher for over 40 years and some of her students still kept in touch with her.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 22, 2011, 9-10 am at Montecito Valley View Chapel. Graveside service followed at Montecito Memorial Park.
