Monico was a leader, not because he demanded recognition, but because he led by example. His actions spoke louder than words. He worked with integrity, treated everyone with respect, and inspired those around him through humility, dedication, and kindness.

More than anything, Monico was a truly good person. He was someone you could always count on, no matter the situation. Whether you needed advice, a helping hand, or simply someone to stand beside you, he was there without hesitation. His reliability was matched only by his compassion, and he gave of himself generously without expecting anything in return.

The measure of a person's life is found in the lives they touch, and Monico touched many. We miss you Monico!
