Throughout his life, Noe wore many hats. He proudly served in the military and went on to work as a vocational counselor, appraiser, self-employed business owner, tax preparer, insurance professional, truck driver, and paralegal. He was a man who could handle just about anything, and his love for reading, organization, and paperwork was unmatched.
But beyond his many professions, Noe’s greatest purpose in life was helping others succeed and find happiness. He genuinely believed in lifting people up and doing good whenever he could. One of his most meaningful contributions was helping approximately 100 people achieve their dream of becoming United States citizens. He found joy in supporting others and making a lasting difference in their lives. His faith was also an important part of who he was, and he deeply cherished his church family.
Noe was a devoted family man who treasured wife, children, grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, and the time they spent together. He loved traveling, reading, and enjoying the beach, where he could swim, soak up the sun, and relax. He was never shy about sharing his opinions or telling people what to do, always with his own unmistakable personality.
Noe will be remembered for his generous heart, his willingness to help others, his strong work ethic, and his desire to see the people around him succeed. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched, the people he helped, the family he loved, and the countless acts of kindness he shared throughout his life. He leaves behind a legacy of service, faith, love, and a life dedicated to making a difference.
