Norma Raygoza

Norma Gallardo R. nació en el rancho Franco en San Francisco de Borja, Chihuahua, México el 18 de mayo de 1955. Su madre, María Rodríguez, y su padre Abel Gallardo vivían de la agricultura. Su hermano, Efrén, nació el próximo año. Vivían en la ciudad de Chihuahua donde tenían mucha familia y a Norma le encantaba pasar la Navidad con su familia, especialmente con sus primas. Tuvieron que madurar pronto porque había la necesidad de trabajar. Terminó la primaria en la escuela municipal.

Cuando Norma tenía 18 años, su mamá, su hermano y ella se mudaron para Los Angeles, California. Norma se dedicó a trabajar en una fábrica de costura. Luego, se mudaron al El Monte, CA, donde Norma conoció a Jose Guillermo Raygoza, el padre de sus hijos. Se casaron y tuvieron su primer hijo Francisco en 1978, Sus hijas María Inez en 1980 y Wendy en 1985. Vivían en Baldwin Park, CA, cerca de su madre y Efren, su cuñada Francisca y sus tres sobrinos, Efrén Jr., Edgar y Emmanuel, donde eran vecinos. Norma y Efrén disfrutaron más de su vida familiar cuando criarion sus hijos juntos.

En 1990, Norma y su familia se compraron y se mudaron a una casa en Fontana, CA. Ella comenzó su trabajo en MagLite Instrument donde dedicó muchos años de sacrificio para su familia. Vivían felices en sus casas y se visitaban frecuentemente al celebrar cada día feriado.

Después, Norma crió a Francisco, María Inez y Wendy en Moreno Valley, CA. Después sus hijos se casarson y tuvieron sus propias familias y todos se mudaron a vivir en Hesperia, CA. Norma fue bendecida con seis nietos, Daniel, Emely, Anabel, Nathan, Eyain y Analyse. Ella fue una abuela cariñosa y le encantaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos.

El momento más especial de su vida fue cuando dio luz a su primer hijo y lo cargo en sus brazos. Se sintió muy feliz porque toda su niñez era pobre y compartía todo, pero por la primera vez, su hijo le pertenecía a ella. Norma siempre amaba a toda la gente, aun cuando le hacían daño. Era una persona trabajadora y sus hijos dicen “Que maravilloso es tener una madre como tu.”

Ella falleció el 5 de diciembre de 2011 Norma Gallardo R. was born in Franco ranch in San Francisco de Borja, Chihuahua, Mexico on May 18th, 1955. Her mother, Maria Rodriguez, and her father Abel Gallardo lived off their land. Her brother, Efren, was born the next year. They lived in Chihuahua where they had a lot of family, and she loved to spend Christmas with her family, especially with her girl cousins. They had to mature quickly because they needed to work. She finished elementary school in the city.

When Norma was 18 years of age, Her mom, her brother and she moved to Los Angeles, California. Norma dedicated herself to work in a sewing factory. Later, they moved to El Monte, CA, where Norma met Jose Guillermo Raygoza, the father of her children. They married and had her first son, Francisco, in 1978, her daughter María Inez in 1980, and Wendy in 1985. They lived in Baldwin Park, CA, near her mother, Efren, her sister-in-law Francisca and her three nephews, Efrén Jr., Edgar, and Emmanuel, where they were neighbors. Norma and Efren enjoyed their family life most when they raised their children together.

In 1990, Norma and her family bought a house and moved to Fontana, CA. She began to work at MagLite Instrument where she dedicated several years of sacrifice for her family. They lived happily in their homes, and they visited each other frequently when they celebrated holidays.

Afterwards, Norma raised Francisco, María Inez and Wendy in Moreno Valley, CA. Later, her children married and had their own families and they all moved to Hesperia, CA. Norma was blessed with six grandchildren, Daniel, Emely, Anabel, Nathan, Eyain, and Analyse. She was a very affectionate grandmother and she loved to spent time with her grandchildren.

The most special moment of her life was when she gave birth to her first son and held him in her arms. She felt very happy, because all her childhood she was poor and she shared everything, but for the first time, her son belonged to her. Norma always loved by all people, even when they hurt her she was a hard-working person. Her children always said “How wonderful it is to have a mother like you.”
