

She was born in Barstow on June 8, 1939, to William Ray and Annie Lee Ray.
Pauline, as she liked to be known, grew up in San Bernardino and graduated from Pacific High School. She worked as a hair stylist for over thirty years in Redlands, Palm Springs and Palm Desert. After her retirement she moved to Palm Springs, then to Yucaipa shortly after her 70th birthday. She was a loving mother, devoted friend, the life of the party, and known to befriend and lend a hand to the most disadvantaged among us.
Pauline is survived by her sister Margie Ray Hill of Alaska; daughter Leslie Ann Stolar of Huntington Beach; sons Ronald Loron Wilson of Huntington Beach and Mark Louis Wilson of Palm Springs; step-daughters Sue Wilson, Leslie Wilson, Wendy Crane and Shelly Crane-Clymans; and grandchildren Danielle Stolar, Nicholas Stolar, Bryce Stolar, Brittany Chavez and Taylor Wilson; great grandchildren Madeline and Kaeden; and “adopted” son and granddaughter Joseph Roman and Genevieve Roman.
She was preceded in death by her brother Oliver Joe Ray.
Services will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary in Colton at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2011.
