Penny Gustafason Miller

Dr. Frances Penelope “Penny” Miller, 78 years old of Colton, California, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Linda Valley Assisted Living. She was born on April 7, 1940 in Hinsdale, Illinois to Bill and Pearl Gustafson. She was married to Dr. Donald Miller for 53 years, and he passed away on October 31, 2014. She is survived by his loving daughters, Shelly Miller and Sherry Miller Fay, grandchildren, Andrew and Emma Fay, Luke and Renee Leiden. Also, her sister, Jackie Benson. Dr. Miller worked as a Nurse and Professor for over 50 years at the School of Nursing, Loma Linda University. The funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., December 16 at the Loma Linda University Seventh Day Adventist Church, 11125 Campus St., Loma Linda, California 92354. There will be a private viewing and burial at Montecito Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the School of Nursing, Loma Linda University, nursing graduate student scholarships. Penny will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
