Jay is survived by his wife, Alexis Sayegh; his daughter Hartlynn Sayegh; his daughter London Sayegh; and his daughter Brooklyn Sayegh.

A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. A committal service will occur Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324.
