I enjoyed Dick’s friendship and his mentor leadership  over my career. Dick will not only be missed by his immediate family but his of Department of Transportation co workers as well. I owe a great deal to his mentoring over my career. Thank you again Dick you’ll be missed by all.   Dave Hennings 

We first met Dick at a Rim outing at The Huck Finn Blue Grass Junilee at Mohabe Narrows County Park and he didn't have much to say to us!  Sandy and Dick eventually joined our Rexhall RV Club after purchasing one and we enjoyed the  next almost 20 years of rving together.  Dick became a great friend to all and  had a fantastic sense of humor. It is unfortunate that over the years as we all aged and people dropped out of the club, we weren't together as much. We miss Dick. But were lucky to know him. 

Heaven gained another angel. Deepest sympathy to his family. Remember the good times and keep your most precious memories tucked safely near your heart. 
I know George and Bob welcomed him home💞

So sad to hear of Dick's passing. He was the best boss I ever had. I will never forget when he promoted me from equipment operator to Supervisor. The confidence he showed in my abilities gave me the drive to succeed. Besides being a great boss and mentor, I considered him a friend. May God comfort the Hubbs family. RIP Dick.
