Richard R. Van Vacter, age 85 went peacefully on Friday August 16, 2019. Richard was born October 30, 1933 in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Richard is survived by his wife, Ruth A. Van Vacter; daughter Julie Ann Van Vacter; and daughter Wendy Lee Van Vacter; sister Juanita Smith; granddaughter Theresa Anne Ulrich and grandson Brian Richard Swatsley.

A chapel service for Richard will be held Friday, September 6, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. Following the chapel service will be an interment at 2:30 PM at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
