Graduated in 1959 from Redlands High School in Redlands Ca. During High School she played the clarinet in the marching band.
Her first employer was bank of America as a bank teller. She married Bobby Jo Erwin on October 6, 1962. They had 3 girls. She lost the love of her life June 7, 2008.
She was a lifetime resident of the Inland Empire.
She is survived by her daughters Janet Franks of Mentone, Diana Morales of Cathedral City and Debra Payton of Cathedral City, a sister Virginia Bennett, a brother Jack Schlapkohl, 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
