Skyler was such a small baby when he was born. However, you could tell right away that he was strong willed. He lived his entire short life with that determination, which was what kept him going for as long as he did.
Skyler was a lucky little guy that had a family that loved him, including so many nurses and caregivers that took excellent care of him as if he was one of their own children.
Some people are not fortunate enough to even have one loving family to lean on, he was blessed with a few.
Everyone that Skyler had known, smiled and laughed at some little thing that he did. He was such a character. We will all miss him. Skyler is free now. Free from pain and free from a body that did not work.
It's your turn now, Skyler, to go play, have fun, be happy and enjoy!!! You deserve it. We love you.
In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations for Mountain Shadows Community Homes. These donations would go directly to the 9 homes that are continuing to care for these special children.
