

Steve was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in southern California from a very young age. He was a graduate of Rowland High School. He worked as a plumber his entire career and was a 20year member of the local pipe trades and trust fund union. He had a strong work ethic and treated clients as he would like to be treated.
Steve had a number of interests. He was raised playing sports and loved football and baseball, being the quarterback of his high school football team. He was very social and loved to laugh. He was a big fan of television and movies and loved being the handyman for his friends and family. He truly loved spending time with his siblings. Steve’s most prized possession was that of his family. He was married for 44 years to his wife, Lori. They raised 5 children, teaching them by example the importance of hard work, family and generosity. He was blessed to have 10 grandchildren, whom he adored.
Steve was the beloved husband of Loretta Ann (Rymer) Wosman. He was a loving father of
Shannon Wosman, Jackie Novida & her husband Derek, Keri Cota & her husband Martin, Kristen
Haldeman and her fiancée Brittany, and Steve Wosman Jr and his wife Erica. He was the brother of
Marianne Ballantyne, Meg Calmelat, the late William Wosman, Elizabeth Anderson and Cheryl
Stevenson. Steve was also survived by his grandchildren, Onyx Wosman, Sophia Wosman, Susan Wosman, Cyrus Novida, Donovan Novida, Preston Novida, Mateo Cota, Dominic Cota, Camille Haldeman and Jordan Wosman.
