I would love when my Dad,Joe, would talk about his brothers. I remember that he would always call my Uncle Ted, Teddy Bear!

Our Dear Uncle Ted was such a nice guy, Very Soft Spoken and very Handsome, The Ramirez Men were all Very Handsome. I remember Uncle Ted & Aunt Dell got me a Christmas Gift, I was so excited, I love it a Big Dog Pillow. I Thank Them so Much I Loved it and I Love them Both. I enjoy all the stories Uncle Ted told us about Our Ramirez Family at his Birthday Party. He will Truly Be Miss. Rest In Peace Uncle Ted 🙏🏼📿🙏🏼📿🙏🏼💙

Uncle Ted enjoyed family breakfast get togethers. We always tried to meet family once a week. Once he moved to Texas, the phone calls were memorable. It was always good to hear his voice. I loved hearing his stories of growing up, being in the military and traveling from Mexico to United States. He is missed but the memories are cherished. 

My Dad, Theodore Ramirez, entered my life  when I was about 4 years old. He bought me a little blue dress with puffy sleeves, smocking at the top and two pink roses around the neck. Along with my dress he bought me a Cupie Doll which I remember like it was yesterday. I was so happy to have him for a dad. There are so many fond memories but the best I can say is that he was the best Father a little girl could ever have. You’re dearly missed

My Grandfather, Theodore Ramirez, was the kindest, most compassionate man I’ve ever known. His actions were exemplary in his professional life as well as his personal life. I’ve never heard him speak I’ll of anyone. He was always kind to people. Although I know he has been reunited with his friends and family it doesn’t make me miss him any less. Lord may you hold him high and May he soar with the angels. Until we meet again. We all love and miss you Gramps! Amen

Last summer when I visit with my husband, I gave Great Grandpa a haircut and we sat under the mesquite trees in the west Texas breeze. My husband searched some jazz on Pandora and we all listened to some of his favorite songs. It was generally a great day. Very reminiscent of the times we spent hanging out in his own yard in Bloomington. So glad we had that moment together.

When I was just a little girl, his yard held more wonder for me than most anywhere. You could always count on a beautiful lawn surrounded by a million roses (which he was famous for). It was like the sun shined brighter in his yard. It was always filled with great grandma's, grandmas, and my mom's chatter and in the distance the constant clucking of hens with the occasional nay from Rose our horse. Those were perfect days. He went out of his way to make things beautiful for us. Sometimes when I'm in my garden his memory runs through my mind. He was the best Gardener. He was the best Great Grandpa. 

Theodore was in every way my father. He raised me and gave me all the knowledge I needed to make my way through life. He was the smartest, calmest and compassionate human I’ve ever know. 

I Love You Grand father and will miss you dearly ❤️
