Virginia Doris Rosalie Chapman, 89 years old of San Bernardino, California, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at St. Bernardine Medical Center. She was born on June 10, 1924 in West St. Paul, Minnesota to Arthur and Dollie Ehde. She is survived by her children, LeRoy Otrey, Judy Mc Elvain, Joy Otrey, Jody English, Jeri Roelling, Jana Smith, Doler (Arthur) Otrey and Joni Chapman. Also, her loving 18 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
Virginia was a homemaker for over 73 years, but also held other various jobs. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be truly missed.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014, 4-8 p.m. at Montecito Laurelwood Chapel, Funeral service will be on Friday, May 9, 2014, 1 p.m., at Montecito Valley View Chapel, followed by burial at Montecito Memorial Park, all at 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California.
